Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Devils River Coffee Bourbon
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- ¼ oz heering cherry liqueur (optional)
- 1 egg white
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake rapidly for 15-20 seconds
- Strain over large ice cubes retaining froth at top of the drink
- Garnish with a lemon peel
