IF YOU HAVE A 501(C)3 AND WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A DONATION, FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW. BE AWARE THAT WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 30 DAYS LEAD TIME FOR ANY DONATION OR SPONSORSHIP REQUEST. • Must be a 501 c3 non profit and be able to provide Tax Id number • Event Attendants Must be 21+ Years Old (no events involving children or minors) • Must be requested at least 30 Days in advance • The following will not be allowed: advertising, individuals, operating expenses, school trips, school or club sport teams, religious organizations, or third-party fundraisers.
