Ingredients:

• 2 oz Devils River Coffee
• 1 oz simple syrup
•  1 ½ oz lemon Juice
• 1  ½ oz water

Directions:

1. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and water to a shaker tin with ice
2. Shake for 20 seconds
3. Strain into a collins glass with ice
4. Slowly float DRW coffee on top
5. Garnish with lemon peel or wheel
