Ingredients:
- 2 oz Devils River Coffee
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 ½ oz lemon Juice
- 1 ½ oz water
Directions:
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and water to a shaker tin with ice
- Shake for 20 seconds
- Strain into a collins glass with ice
- Slowly float DRW coffee on top
- Garnish with lemon peel or wheel
