By implementing advanced filtration and purification systems, we ensure that our wastewater is treated and reused efficiently within our operations. Additionally, we partner with natural water source protection organizations like Devils River Conservancy and American Rivers to support conservation efforts, helping to preserve local ecosystems and maintain the quality of freshwater resources.
FARMING SOURCES
Devils River Whiskey is committed to sustainability by supporting local farms through the use of locally sourced grains in our products. We donate our spent mash to nearby farms as stock feed, helping to reduce waste and bolster local agriculture. Additionally, we source our coffee beans exclusively from Fair Trade growers, ensuring fair compensation for farmers. To further our impact, we donate our spent coffee grounds to a local nursery, which incorporates them into bulk soil sales, promoting healthy plant growth and sustainable gardening practices.
RECYCLING
Devils River Whiskey is dedicated to sustainability by offering a range of recycled products and packaging solutions. We utilize recycled cardboard for our packaging, significantly reducing waste and promoting circular economy practices. Additionally, at the Distillery, we serve drinks with eco-friendly Agave plant straws and our plasticware is made entirely from plant-based materials, ensuring that our products are both functional and environmentally responsible.
