Pomegranate Whiskey Sour

Pomegranate Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Devils River Rye Whiskey
- 2 oz. pomegranate juice
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- ½ oz. egg white
- 4-5 dashes of orange bitters
- Pomegranate arils and/or orange slices, for garnish
Directions:
- In a shaker filled with ice, add the whiskey, juices, and simple syrup and shake.
- Add the egg white to the shaker, and vigorously shake again.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice, using a spoon to add the foam from the shaker if need be.
- Add the dashes of bitters and garnish, if desired.
